Training Services from CRM Dynamics 

Our training programme offers you a range of courses to provide you with a thorough grounding in how to be more effective utilising Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365. We don't just show you how to do specific tasks within the CRM system - we supplement this with best practice guidelines and examples based on many years of experience across a variety of systems and industries. Practical exercises are used to reinforce the material taught throughout the session. 
Usually courses are run on your premises as a "one-company" course. This minimises the time away from the office and travel costs for your staff. These courses can be run using our standard training database, or they can be customised to your specific implementation if required.

We offer a Foundation course for users with no previous experience as well as courses covering specific areas such as Sales, Marketing and Case Management. The Advanced User course is suitable for "super" users or internal support staff, and the Customisation course will provide the skills to enable you to make changes to your database in the future should you wish.

Public Courses 
Introduced in September 2016 we run a schedule of public courses in Milton Keynes. For smaller organisations or departments, or if you just have new staff to train this can be more cost effective than having a one-company course on your premises.
