Dynamics 365 Whats New? 
Dynamics 365 is the new name for Microsoft Dynamics 365. This brings with it new functionality and new licencing options.

Updated Navigation 
Dynamics 365 brings with it a new logo and slightly changed navigation, but existing users shouldn’t have any difficulty finding their way around. 
Editable Grids 
With the new editable grids provide many versatile capabilities, such as inline editing, grouping, filtering, and sorting on columns. Editable grids are available at the entity level, in sub-grids inside a form, or in a dashboard. Editable grids are supported on forms in the Dynamics 365 Web client, Dynamics 365 for tablets, and Dynamics 365 for phones. For dashboards, editable grids are available in Dynamics 365 for tablets and Dynamics 365 for phones. 
Process Flow Timer 
The process flow now shows how long the current stage has been active, and shows the time overall that the process has been active. This means you can easily see how long a sales opportunity has been open. 
Enhanced User Interface for Business Process Flows / Business Rules 
The new visual drag-and-drop process designer allows creating processes such as business process flows and business rules through an intuitive graphical interface. New functionality allows a process flow to be marked as Active, Finished or Abandoned, users can switch between multiple process flows and security has been enhanced to separate processes according to security roles. 
Custom Icons in Views 
Using Web Content and Jscript, custom icons can be used to add a visual effect to Views, for example to show hot, warm and cold opportunities by colour coding them. 
New Relevance Search 
Relevance search uses the same scoring concepts as Azure Search, which gives an indication of the relevance in the context of the current search operation. 
This is an option that is not turned on by default (as the data is shared with an external system) and does need some configuration by the system administrator.
